GETTING READY FOR THE DAY
Sometimes it’s nice to simply roll out of bed, grab your laptop and work in your cosy duvet but when you’ve done that one too many times a week, you can begin to feel a little blue and somewhat demotivated. Gal, you don’t need this! If you make a little more time in the mornings to get up, get showered and get into your fave loungewear set, your day will feel more productive instantly.

Moving, walking and getting some fresh air in your lunch breaks is so important chicas. Breathing in the fresh air and having a change of scenery is the best way to break up a long day of work and as soon as you get back home, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to crack on. Make sure you take a moment to breathe, eat some lunch and drink some water too. Too much concentration and screen time is not the one hun. Look after yourself!
If you haven't discovered Podcasts yet to keep you company on walks/runs, you're seriously missing out. We recommend "Sh**ged, Married, Annoyed" to completely switch off and have a much needed laugh.
Having all the gear AND some big ideas is the best kinda boss babe combo. Make sure you’ve got what you need! Cute pens and one of Coconut Lane's super cute Notebooks are a no brainer. Writing and making notes that aren’t on a screen can feel really productive and get those creative juices flowing!
More of a journaling gal? Whether you're trying to have a more positive mindset, set weekly goals or write down things that are troubling you, journaling is a great way to process and de-clutter your mind.
As tempting as it is scrolling through social media and funny memes before bed, try to stop it! Your phone should not be the last thing you see before you go to sleep. It keeps the brain ticking and awake which can effect a good nights sleep. Getting at least 7 hours means you will feel rested and ready to tackle a full on day of being a sass queen.
