We're SO excited to finally launch our brand new range of Sunglasses. From Bali to Cali - say hello to the Coconut Lane #Wanderlust Collection. Whether you're feeling the tropical paradise vibes or are feeling more City chic - there's a pair (or 3!) for every Queen. Check out the story behind the names of our 11 destinations.
Whether you love a tropical paradise or a country abundant with culture, Bali has something for all you Queens! We loving spending time on the lively Gili islands sunbathing, snorkelling and swinging in the crystal clear sea! For those of you who love a little more culture, Ubud is the island for you.
Top tip for Bali: Unless sunning yourself on the beaches, remember due to beliefs it’s important to cover yourself when visiting temples!
Beverly Hills, celebs and full of SASS – who isn’t dreaming of Cali?
Whether you want a full day of sightseeing and exploring or just a chilled day shopping, the excitement in Cali is endless. Of course we prep with a spray tan (you’ve gotta look the part) before heading down to the beach for surf lessons – you have to catch a wave in Cali. When it’s slightly cooler, hiking up to the Hollywood sign is incredible. Although it may seem like a tough walk, the view is just insane.
Top tip for Cali: Cali has a chilled and relaxed vibe. If you want to enjoy it to the full, don’t stress – at all!
Cannes is an absolute dream location filled with luxury yachts, glitz and sparkle. Renowned for the Cannes Film Festival and a hot spot for celebs, Cannes is a 5 star haven for basking in the sun of the French Riviera. The gorgeous climate is perfect for lounging underneath a palm tree whilst enjoying a canapé or two….or three.
Top tip for Cannes: Dress to impress as Cannes has been preened to perfection. Go for something classic and chic! You never know who you might bump into (Oh hey there Prince Harry).
Ensure you’ve packed plenty of heels, highlighter and hairspray as Ibiza screams glamour at every turn. Legendary club nights, pool parties and endless cocktails... Ibiza is the perfect destination for party girls and free spirits! The scenery is so beautiful and the iconic sunsets are a dream to watch. But of course all eyes will be on you Queens!
Top tip for Ibiza: If you’re a top party gal, ensure you book all your boat party tickets in advance! – You don’t want to be left behind.
Here at Coconut Lane HQ we’re all about luxury style and fun vibes – that’s why Marbs is one of our fave places to go! With quaint beach restaurants and blue skies, we love spending multiple afternoons sunbathing and sipping on cocktails.
Top tip for Marbs: Ignore the classic ‘no carbs, before Marbs’ – you are gorgeous!
White sands, gorgeous waters and some seriously hot guys – Miami is the absolute DREAM!
Renowned for its healthy lifestyle, we love having brunch at one of the many chic restaurants or grabbing a fruit smoothie for on the go. Exploring Miami on foot is one option but we love hiring bikes and exploring the city with a little more speed. We think cycling down Ocean Drive is a must... a vibrant street with boutique shops and the Versace’s mansion!!
Top tips for Miami: Miami is one of the priciest areas in Florida – budget well…you need A LOT of money for all that shopping!
Chilling on Copacabana beach with a caipirinha in one hand and our sunnies in the other – we LOVE Rio!
We absolutely adore carnival season - the perfect time to soak up those party vibes. Not only is it traditional of Brazil but it’s the best way to enjoy this colourful city – plus you can really dress to impress! For a more cultural approach to this iconic city, we loved visiting the Christ Redeemer – the view of Rio is lush.
Top tip for Rio: The Brazilian weather can be super hot... and we don’t want you Queens frying so pack PLENTY of sun cream!
Nothing says luxury quite like Miami – its beaches are absolutely stunning. If you love a tan, a day at one of the many iconic beaches is a MUST. It’s renowned for being a beach lover’s paradise, and it’s obvious why. The white sands and iconic beach huts are so cute and very instagramable. South Beach is also perfect for eyeing up the surfers and showing off that bikini bod whilst enjoying the lush views around you. Oh and don’t forget, in Miami the smaller the bikini the better! (We better lay off the pizza - *sigh).
Top tip for South Beach: South Beach hosts some fabulous pool parties - pack something glam and remember the waterproof mascara.
Mingling with Celebs and attending the finest yacht parties - We adore St Tropez! It’s the ultimate summer playground filled with our two fave things; champagne and sophistication. Besides catching a tan we love splashing the cash and splurging on all things designer (of course). But for a tad more culture, the local markets are beautiful and amazing for finding something cute and unique.
Top tip for Tropez: Wear napkins at all times when eating! – You don’t want to ruin the white one piece.
One of the priciest cities in the world... Tokyo needs to be on your bucket list!
Yes you can eat as much sushi as you like – but that’s just one reason we love this destination! Tokyo is famous for its incredible botanical gardens with over 1000 cherry blossom trees planted around the city. When it comes to Tokyo nightlife, experiencing one of the many sky bars is a must – not only are the cocktails great, the views are insane.
Top tip for Tokyo: Prepare for crowds! And wear comfy shoes!!
Extravagant, wealthy and somewhat flamboyant – we have VEGAS! A truly exciting destination.
When in Vegas you OBVS have to go to at least one casino. One thing we also suggest is splashing out on one of the fancy hotels. Of course they are pricey, but they are so incredibly luxurious. For those who don’t fancy the Vegas gambling scene, Vegas is a hotspot for savvy shoppers and sensational shows! And did we mention that Sprinkles has an actual Cupcake ATM? Yes really.
Top tip for Vegas: Stay open minded when travelling to Vegas. A truly love or hate destination – we love it and we know you will to!!
